Terms of Service

Effective date: May 29, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Doyle OnSite websites, applications, and related services (the “Services”) offered by Doyle OnSite (“Doyle OnSite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of terms

If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Description of service

Doyle OnSite provides a construction safety compliance platform that helps organizations manage worker orientations, site-related workflows, communications, and related records. Features may include invitations, registrations, orientation submissions, administrative review tools, and integrations—subject to your subscription, configuration, and applicable law.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services with reasonable notice where practicable. We are not responsible for delays or failures outside our reasonable control.

User responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep account credentials (including password) confidential.
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with jobsite rules, employer policies, and applicable regulations.
  • Not misuse the Services—including attempting unauthorized access, interfering with other users, or uploading malicious content.
  • Obtain any consent or authorization required from workers or third parties when you submit data on their behalf.

SMS messaging terms

If you enroll in SMS notifications from Doyle OnSite or our messaging providers, standard message and data rates may apply according to your carrier plan. Message frequency varies. You may opt out of SMS programs that support it by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help or contact us using the information below. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Intellectual property

The Services, including software, branding, documentation, and related materials, are owned by Doyle OnSite or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited right to use the Services as permitted under these Terms, no rights are granted to you. You retain ownership of content you submit; you grant Doyle OnSite a license to host, process, and display such content as needed to operate the Services.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Doyle OnSite and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for claims arising out of the Services will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid us for the Services in the twelve months before the claim or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars (USD $100), except where prohibited by law.

The Services support safety compliance workflows but do not replace professional judgment, qualified supervision, or compliance with OSHA, state, local, or contractual requirements. You are responsible for workplace safety decisions on your sites.

General

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to agreements made in the jurisdiction where Doyle OnSite operates its business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer protections apply. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

SMS Communications

By providing your phone number during registration on doyleonsite.com/register and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you agree to receive SMS text messages from Doyle OnSite. These messages may include job site safety notifications, administrative alerts, and compliance communications.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on job site activity. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. For assistance, reply HELP or contact patrick@doyleonsite.com.
