• Technical and usage data: such as device or browser type, IP address, log data, and cookies or similar technologies used to secure and operate the platform.

How we use the information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Services, including worker profiles, site assignments, and safety documentation.
• Support safety compliance activities such as orientations, approvals, audits, and communications between authorized employers and personnel.
• Send transactional and operational messages (for example, account notices, invites, safety-related alerts, and service updates).
• Protect the security and integrity of the platform, detect fraud or misuse, and comply with legal obligations.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to receive SMS messages from Doyle OnSite or our messaging providers, message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of promotional or non-essential SMS at any time by replying STOP to unsubscribe from further messages to that number, where supported by your carrier and program. Reply HELP for assistance where applicable.

We do not sell your phone number and use SMS only as permitted by applicable law and your consent or contractual relationship with your organization where relevant.

Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes. We may share information with:

• Service providers who assist us in hosting, communications, authentication, analytics, or security, subject to contractual safeguards.
• Your employer, general contractor, or other authorized parties where necessary to deliver construction safety and compliance workflows you participate in.

SMS Communications

Doyle OnSite may send SMS text messages to users who provide their phone number and opt in to receive notifications. These messages may include job site safety alerts, administrative communications, and compliance notifications from site supervisors.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Your phone number is used solely for job site safety communications through the Doyle OnSite platform.

To opt in, provide your phone number during worker registration at doyleonsite.com/register. Consent to receive SMS messages is optional and is not required to use the Doyle OnSite platform.
